  Very reliable and helpful. We were a little apprehensive about hiring a car and driving in Taiwan but this hire company was very near to the train station and helpful. Good quality cars and good advice on being careful with the speed cameras in Taiwan. The drive out of the city was a little bit stressful but having a car in Taroko Gorge is excellent (non stressful driving), making it so much easier to get around

  Excellent experience renting from Formosa. Karen and her colleague were incredibly responsive and professional. The car had great fuel efficiency and served us well. Rates are same as other Taiwanese rental agencies. Recommended!

  Outstanding service! We rented cars from Karen at Formosa twice. Both times we changed our delivery or drop off locations, and Karen and the folks at Formosa were ready and willing to accommodate us, with a smile! They were patient, helpful and great people to deal with. The cars were new, clean and in perfect shape. The price, while high from our North American experience, was the same as other car rentals in Taiwan, but the service was superb.

  網站上打著一日多少錢，問了服務人員還規定一定要租兩日才行。實在很不推薦有點受騙的感覺
