  凱旋瑞田站比鄰凱旋夜市與跳蚤市場，過馬路即抵，附近還有飯店與瑞南里社區，並有公車與CityBike公共自行車、OBIKE共享單車（機車與自行車共用停車格內）可租借。附近公廁需到凱旋夜市（跳蚤市場）借用，附近無提供Wi-Fi。上車請務必刷iPASS一卡通，逃票抓到會有鉅額罰款
