  急救室櫃台的醫護人員，問問題一副事不關己的樣子，我問病房路線，怎麼也不肯回答，就是要讓我去問外邊的人，態度差勁，等半天沒有半個人處理，進去問她還說讓我再等一下，非常傻眼。

  差！自費單人房，但是廁所沒有供應熱水，院方建議我們自飲水機取用熱水來洗澡。這是2017年，氣溫21度的12月！這是市立醫院的服務品質！

  老舊,部份正整修中,搭個電梯需繞遠路,沒有對外營業的餐廳,也沒超商,極為不便

  態度差，還把要隔離的病患跟一般病患放在同一間病房，只有叫隔離病患裝蚊帳，真的是太可惡，跟醫院反應還不理會我們，只有說沒病房。

  No complaints on the quality of the staffs. But the hospital itself is rather aged, and it shows on the equipments and the general infrastructure. On certain days its filled to capacity servicing the senior populations in the neighborhood, resulting in long waits. The hospital itself has no parking lots, making arriving here by car tedious. I would definitely suggest going elsewhere if you have the choice.
