::This is the 3rd and newest of the Karuizawa Hotpot Restaurants in Taichung. it's a very expansive (not expensive) space that generously pumps the A/C to keep you cool as you enjoy the fresh meat and vegetables you get to cook for yourself. The staff can be a little absent sometimes, but that's because it's such a big place. The tables are huge and it's a great place to take the family. Long lines during dinner time; call ahead.

::Instead of dining at all you can eat hot pot buffet, the shop offers value deals for all ages. Side order is available. It is better to book in advance at weekend.
