    環境舒適，設備感覺也蠻新的，而且一天不限時間100元很划算！

    器材擺放動線有設計過。。。 場地大，器材多，走起來流暢，音樂好聽 器材 設備都相當有質感 工作人員有持續對環境整潔做維護。。。 輔助類器材如 彈力帶 跳躍墊 分腿蹲架 壺鈴 按摩球 花生球 mini band 瑜伽墊 藥球一顆 狼牙棒一根 trx 還有core stix(少見。。。)相當齊全 槓子認不出牌子 但相當黏手 也沒有看到歪掉的 不像某連鎖健身房。。。 槓片是rogue 包膠 應該是可以摔的那種 滿多新穎的器材 也有滑步機 划船機 可以暖身或有氧 雙環按壓的地方兩個都斷了 夾的地方要手動微調才能鎖住 繩子會跑 不知道有無牆壁可以砸藥球 摸右翼的牆壁似乎不是實心 員工親切。。。教練用心。。。 旁邊有摩斯漢堡 練完可以吃。。。。。一舉兩得 摸蛤蟆兼洗褲 摩斯的餐點也相當精緻 讚呀。。。。。。
