::A great place to visit for children and family, especially the old bank/locker and the dinosaur exhibition.
Tommy Sevens
::Very low priced museum especially for students. Not everything is in English and not everything is interesting but some things are and the building is very nice. Well worth the price. I personally liked the bank vault and the dinosaur skeletons most. Certainly puts us humans in perspective.

::Very interesting! I loved how you can walk around the old vaults and get a true feel of what the old bank vaults were like when they were being used. They contain real documents from back in time too, stacked up. Buy the ticket for entry at the national museum and you can use the same ticket for entry here too!

::Beautiful building and setup. Ticket is only 30twd and also give you access to Taiwan national museum. Perfect escape on a rainy day.

::Originally a major bank in Taipei built by the Japanese now transformed into a museum. There are multiple sections to it such as the history of Taiwan from an economical stand point, the history of the landbank building itself and it's change into a modern museum, as well as a wonderful section on the ancient fauna of Taiwan with many skeletal displays of the prehistoric creatures that used to roam the land and seas. Good English translations available and the 30 dollar ticket also gives you access to the National Taiwan Museum across the road in 228 peace park. Definitely worth a visit to both these places and then kicking back in the park
