  第一次入內購買，店員是位年輕的先生，態度很友善，健談，讓人感到待遇很好，完成了一次愉快的交易。 第二次入內是因拉鍊頭有污漬需更換，店員是一位年輕的小姐，一進門就主動招呼，過程相當禮貌友善， 一樣覺得十分愉快。 第三次前往是取回修理後的皮夾，門口幾位門市人員聊成一團，我說明來意也沒有人主動招呼，過了幾秒才有人理我，我必須說，門市人員臉有點臭， 我離開時，門口的一群還是在聊天。 我覺得辜負了前面兩位努力為品牌製造好形象的好員工，不是消費者最大，但購買過程舒服，我覺得是基本的，況且這是精品不是一般商品。

  Is a better place that I going today for better services and friendly. Today I with my friend just walk in and purchased a roses perfume. On that time we have been served by a sales guys which very politely and manners also friendly. Pls be reward to him and increment to him. He is a very nice person and served well to all customers.

  Excellent service! I did not buy anything (because the prices were higher than what I pay in The U.S. And Europe) and was still treated like a QUEEN! I had an eight layover and was wandering Taipei 101. I was dressed down in sweats and had my luggage with me. I was greeted upon entry and the SA was empathetic about my long travel from NYC. I got my luggage tag hot stamped with the Taipei 101 building and was offered champagne while I waited (very rare-this only happens when I'm spending thousands of dollars). My little souvenir that reminds me of the outstanding service here! #Abventurous

  Retail Prices are 30% lower in Europe and America. And unlike America, there are no returns. You could only exchange once and it has to be with the same store. Do NOT buy in Taiwan! Limited selection and an extremely unhelpful staff. The lady that was assisting us, Sharon Huang, was very indifferent. We were there to exchange a gift and shocked to find out that the prices are grossly inflated. Shop in Europe or America for the best prices/selection and service!
