  缺點是室內隔音有待加強 優點是有運動器材，撞球檯 管理嚴謹，有磁卡設計 有交誼廳，廚房 但所在環境不錯，附近有公園 地點方便，不遠就是駁二跟西子灣 走五福到三多商圈也方便

  Stayed here for 3 months while on exchange program (September 2015 to January 2016). 房东 is very friendly and negotiable :) Love the furniture in the room. Highly convenient location with bus stop right outside of house. Many yummy food places around to explore!
