  完全不顧及孩子的安全,售後服務糟糕! 我們買了成長床與床墊,使用後要將嬰兒床改爲成長床,但改裝後卻無法將螺絲鎖回,打電話到客服中心,但得到令人傻眼的答案⋯奇哥（Mother care 總公司）回覆公司已經取消安裝的服務,要客戶自行前往專櫃學習組裝!!!

  I was excited to find a mothercare store however it's not easily accessible for mothers with a stroller. You have to carry your stroller up steps to get into the store. And the store is 2 floors without an elevator so again what is a mother to do with a stroller. You can find nice baby and kid products but disappointed that they don't cater to moms with strollers. So it's not easy to get into or go upstairs.
