  環境舒服,費用採堂數制,課程豐富,很可惜店收起來,台北找不到像這樣的店.

  Nice and clean premises. Good instructor for TRX which I attended. Had to sign up to book a class, but no problem doing so. Towels and soap included in the showers. Separate shower booths.

  The premises are very well managed, the staff are well trained and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to beginners and seasoned spinners. They also offer boxing aswell as trx and yoga in the near future.

  課程很好、設備很新很乾淨、環境超棒、通風良好、沐浴備品非常非常用心(施巴跟茶籽堂)，邊洗邊哭，一般來說我給分都不會超過87分，但這家真的一百分。

  專門配合音樂而設計的有氧課程，無論是飛輪還是拳擊都很棒！讓人感覺運動不只是呆板的聽著教練指令做，而是可以很自然的跟著音樂一起運動。 　 喜歡音樂又喜歡運動的人一定要來這裡體驗看看，當音樂放下去的那瞬間，在配合老師們跟著節奏的示範與口令，運動當下真的只有一個爽字！雖然運動完後超累XDDDD 　 PS.另外全台也只有這間有開ACG音樂的飛輪課程，想運動的動漫迷千萬別錯過囉！ACG主唱們也可以一起揪團來邊踩邊練肺活量唷！（12/4的ACG LIVE A拔超棒的！）
