  An excellent place to read magazines and nap. Great way to escape the heat in the summer.

  Very modern, clean and quiet library. No ID or registration needed if you want to read books there. Fantastic! I also often take my own book and just go study there because the environment is so good!

  I'm a foreigner and I didn't come to lend any books but I just enjoy sitting there and read my own books. It is free to enter, you don't need a membership, Passport or ID card. In the second and third floor is plenty of space to sit, read and learn. The atmosphere is just perfect, everyone is respecting the rules and you don't hear any whisper or talk. I can recommend it for everyone who wants some quiet time for reading or studying.
