  It's a good place to recycle a phone & other electronics. The building is a collection of individual vendors in an area of many electronics shops. Not much English spoken here.

  A good place to buy tech and much cheaper than even online stores in Taiwan. Don't be afraid to ask around to find the best price and even barter a little.
