  Lobby at 11th floor made all room more quieter and within 10 minutes walking distance to the MRT station and 101 trade centre were the key reason I choosen to stay in this hotel. However, it may be inconvenient for country that used UK 3 pin power cord. My laptop cannot use the power point on the room desk due to limited space to plug my UK power plug head which finally forced me to use the power point in the bathroom causes the only unpleasant experience I got with this hotel. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful allowing me to lend the umbrella out for day.

  I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights while attending a conference at a nearby venue. The room was very comfortable (although the bed was a touch too hard) and all the amenities were available. The room was quiet and clean, and the hotel provided a good range of toiletries and water. The breakfast was very good. Overall the service was excellent.

  鬧中取靜的地點，一不小心就會錯過的商務旅館。 整體來說很乾淨， 外國商務旅客多， 像我們這種純渡假的少，所以顯得安靜不吵雜。服務人員態度也很好， 有問題都能詳細解答。 非常可惜錯過早餐，下次去台北有機會還是會想再去入住。

  Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera non grandi ma ben disposte e fruibili. Ottimo il servizio. Colazione migliorabile ma comunque discreta. Posizione centrale ed a pochi passi dalla 101 tower
