::Palm Cafe! My go-to spot for coffee whenever I'm in the area. The espresso-based beverages (Latte, Cappuccino, etc...) are consistently good, the service is super fast and very friendly, and there is a lovely outside seating area in the shade of an awning where you can relax, enjoy your drink, and watch the city go by. Less than half the price of Starbucks!
