  Former Japanese military facility, later used by the Americans, and now just a beautiful park with old pine trees and a quiet setting. Great place to stroll around and look out over the city in a relaxing environment.

  Nice views of Hualien city & Pacific ocean. Good place to relax and smell the pine trees.

  A nice place for a stroll and tour around to see a historical building. Spend time outdoors at the cafe. Good for a light meal or afternoon tea.

  Entrance fee was NT50 as at time of writing. A historic place with awesome view of Hualien city. Pretty close by to Nanbin Park, well within walking distance. They hold events frequently here and if you happen to drop by during one of those events, u get to watch them for free.
