  主打豆漿麵包，原料只有豆漿、蛋跟麵粉，像微熱山丘一樣提供試吃配國寶茶。 大推紅玉巧克力跟餅乾。紅玉巧克力冰淇淋填在豆漿麵包中，原本想巧克力味道會搶過茶味，但紅玉紅茶的味道很香，75%巧克力在後味隱隱浮現，整體味道協調。 餅乾用Isigny奶油跟南杏，杏仁味道突出，奶油很香，好吃。 食材用的很高級，明顯吃的出每種材料的香氣，很適合來下午茶的場所。

  Sample a popover and butter cookie with some tea for free here! Apparently its healthier than normal popovers, as they use soy milk, and less butter in the cookie. The puff was pretty good, and better with the sauce, and I also liked the cookie. Really friendly staff; the person there when I visited was a student who also spoke English. They sell sets of puffs with a lemon curd sauce for 300元, or with a garlic & cashew sauce for 400元, each with 10 puffs. You can also buy little packets of cookies, or other items in the shop. Nice minimalist vibe inside. They have their own in-house designer. :)
