  Closest restaurant from the Xinhe Cave and Waterfall. However they had only one wait-staff and it would be 30 minutes to get a coffee at 6pm. Since I had just hiked off trail for several hours and very tired, I couldn't wait. I can clearly see how it would be a beautiful spot if they had more help
