  Lovely place to have a drink and dance salsa and bachata. Each night has a focus (Wednesday is bachata, Saturday is salsa) so check their Facebook page for what is on that day.

  The scenic of Salsa dancing club in Taipei is a experience: not too many places. Salud! Salsa Party (SSP) is one place where non-common salsa dancers to the ones who mantain the dancing skills attend at the weekly basis. The place is open until midnight. Interesting, dancers rush to get the public transportation on time, therefore do not expect to see dancers after 12:00. SSP is a small club located in a small alley. The entrance fee is equivalent to 10 bucks, 10 USD, 300 TWD including a drink. Attendees are friendly and ready for a conversation. The DJ plays mostly: bachata, kazumba and salsa. The sound is very soft??. No enough sound proof. According to the dancers this place is good for those who want to initiate into the salsa arena or want to improve their skills. Most of them are familiar faces seen in another dancing places. At least is a place in Taipei "para bailar".

  Not crowded at all so imagine dancing having the dance floor all to yourself. Everyone was very warm and friendly and the owner herself taught me basic steps of on 1 and on 2 (since I dance Cuban). I also danced a lot with the bartender who introduced a few complicated yet beautiful cuban salsa moves. The DJ who for Salsa Thursdays has a really good playlist, too! So yes, 5 stars!!! I will always remember that one random night I ended up going to this place. I’ll forever be thankful. 👌🏽
