  This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed! Not recommended at all. few issues. 1. Not very clean on the bed. 2. The bath tub is dirty. 3. the shower head has hair! 4. I stayed on the first floor, the toilet has the water reverse out and make huge noise at night, I could not sleep at all! 5. the frontdesk and the manager are rule! They wouldn't do anything for me and never smile! They don't have solution for that at all! 6. someone smoke indoor and it is strong.

  Great location, lovely rooms, but service mind could have been better. Wifi in my room was broken, then I called for help. Looked like the staff already knew the issue. She instantly asked me to go to other floor if wanting to use wifi, and hung up the phone right away. I was quite shocked...

  The staff at the front desk were not hospitable, they dont smile and sometimes they will even ignore u
