::Gone all day long, came back late and the room wasn't made up. I was told the reason could be "maybe I left Do Not Disturb" sign on. WTF! Give me something believable next time. Another reason I was given is "high occupancy" my room was still on queue for cleaning. Again, WTF! I came back late and tired, you expect me to wait for your housekeeping until what, midnight!?! I checked-out the next day and stayed at Ambassador for the next 7 days. This hotel is overrated. A lot more bang for your bucks from nearby hotels. - Lo

::Very good hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Service is always very friendly. There is a nice gym, swimming pool and a lounge. Breakfast is very rich and also of high quality. There is a very good bakery just inside the hotel on the lower floor. The only downside is the location - it is not in the center but can be easily reached by a free shuttle.

::Everything is great include staffs and room quality. But, my point is 4.5. Because breakfast menu is exactly same last one month. I would like to suggest to develop the menu of breakfast.

::I come to the Sheraton hotel with my family for new years the last two years. it is a very comfortable hotel with great staff. Receptionist can speak English and are really helpful. Sheraton has a lot of amenities such as swimming pool and play area for kids. My daughter had a lot of fun here. Only issue is it's super popular so the area is typically overcrowded. Overall, the Sheraton is a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

::We stopped for lunch at Yue restaurant in the Sheraton Hotel. Outside of the beautiful presentation, the food was excellent and flavor was spot on. 👌 The half roasted duck was damn delicious, the dumplings had depth and richness, the pork buns were perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you feel like having a beer, ask for the local ones. Highly recommend.🙌
