::Kevin was outstanding! We were in the country to help coach with the Uni Lions baseball team and he gave us a great tour of Tainan and the surrounding area. His English was great and had a very nice personality and sense of humor. Highly recommend!

::I've spent a week in Taiwan for World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT). Yesterday, I joined an Industry and culture tour of Tainan, that Kevin was our tour guide. He spoke fluent English and he was very knowledgable that I could easily get a glimpse of Tainan, which was the first capital and the oldest city according to what he said. He was very accommodating and friendly, and I would definitely recommend him as a tour guide for every traveler to Tainan.

::I visited Taiwan for the first time since my family moved away nearly 40 years ago. The main purpose of the trip was to understand the cultures and history. It was planned for myself. Since I had no previous travel experience in Taiwan, once I found Kevin as my guide, I left everything for him to arrange with some overall instructions. The planning time was less than 2 months but he was speedy. There was plenty of time to come up with a preliminary itinerary for review. We set on splitting my days (total 10 days with travel time) between Taipei and Tainan, to experience the modern north and the historical south. Along the way, we stopped for smaller towns and other excursions. I had never seen Taipei, it was a very exhilarating experience. I like the high mountains and visited along the river and ocean. In Tainan, there was even more to stop for, the gates, walls and more ocean. At the end, I wanted to see more than my time allowed; it’s because I took my time to savor every sight. Everybody talks about food in Taiwan. Kevin brought me to many TRULY local eateries and some exquisite restaurants. The overall experience was very positive. I saw Taiwan in ways I never had. The sad part was leaning it’s no longer the country I remembered from my childhood. My family homes were gone and my father’s office is now an organic farm. Kevin’s attributes are: - Customer Service: World class. Kevin took the time to understand my needs, which as vague, and treats me as VIP. It did not seem forced. - On Time: Kevin is precision on timing. Never ones I waited around for something to happen. He knows how to stay on schedule. - Cost Effectiveness: He is considerate for all customers. He proposed options to save money on every expect of the spending. For example: suggestions on accommodations, transportations (rail services vs. taxi or rental vs. Uber), and restaurant choices, etc. There is always more then one option. - Knowledge: Kevin knows Taiwan like the back of his hand. His historical insight is remarkable. I don’t believe there any questions missed. He knows every back road and alleyways to take in order to avoid traffic and show me the less traveled local scenes. - Professionalism: His conduct is respectful. - Language: He speaks fluent English, Mandarin and local Taiwanese. We spoke in English and using the 100 Mandarin words I knew. No one is perfect. If I have to pick on something, that would be he eats quite fast in comparison to westerners. But I noticed most Taiwanese eat fast. I would hire Kevin again for any return trips, and those he guides in the vicinity.
