  It's not the small range that's so much of an issue but the customer service. I was told that before I spent nearly $30000 if I wanted to try the bike I would have to pay $2000 just to test it out and even then it wouldn't be the same model. Sales assistant couldn't answer basic questions about the bike. Will be off to Merida or Giant to spend my money. Shame because a Specialized may well have been my preference. Can't believe Specialized spend all that money on R&D then employ idiots and don't even let you test. Shop elsewher.
