  This is a great location so it's very popular and busy. Seats can be hard to find.

  There should be a 90 min time limit on long people can study or rest there. May potential customers come in.. check to see if there will be an available table or seat before ordering... then seeing that there isn't.. they turn around and leave. All day squatter patrons only make sense if they are buying things all day. Otherwise they drive paying customers away.

  Excellent service, excellent turkey/egg/cheese sandwich and hot chocolate. . Made for the perfect breakfast this morning after a hard day of mountain biking yesterday! :-)
