    SuperFIT的上課環境就像是一個溫馨的小家庭，每個教練親合力十足；自從加入後，覺得體力有變好，體態也逐漸改變中，這都要感謝Jack教練的用心、耐心指導以及訓練過程中不斷地鼓勵；飲食方面則交由專業的營養師規劃，讓體脂肪有明顯改善，期許短時間內可以看見不同的自己：）

    上了一個多月後 我覺得這裡的教練和環境都很好 很能理解每個學生的狀況 配合每位學生不同的狀況 給予不同的訓練和飲食的建議。這裡很像一個溫暖的大家庭 每個教練都很和善 和他們都像好朋友一樣 得到很多運動的正面能量! 在這裡大家互相鼓勵大家持續運動 維持一輩子的健康體態 所以我非常推薦唷! : )
