::雖然隔音不是很好，可以聽得到走廊旅客的說話聲，不過客服人員的危機處理的很好，很親切；我的小孩還很小，不小心在浴室滑倒見血，櫃台人員當下馬上幫我們叫救護車，去房間安慰我的另一個緊張惶恐的孩子，也派人去醫院關心，真的很謝謝你們！

::Great location, near everything. They have multiform breakfast and good service. The room is ok, nice view, but the hot water sometimes run out and the reception not quite understand english

::主管完全沒人性，強迫上吐下瀉的狀況不得取消， 帶來入住半夜二點一直吐三四次，完全沒衣服了， 這就是沒人性的黑暗飯店， 不知道小孩上吐下瀉的嚴重後果。 前一天已告知可以提供証明小孩生病的看診證明， 卻只能保留一年，而我的小孩5月不幸要開胸腔手術，一年內不可能再外出玩樂， 但太信大大大飯店，卻以營利為優先，未來永不推薦， 到了當天下午還是我們自己打電話問到底能不能通融取消， 卻得到主管說不行。 只能硬著頭皮帶孩子出門入住， 就專程來住一晚，一晚！ 很想直接叫小孩吐在床上算了， 還替飯店著想，一直反覆抓去廁所， 飯店只會欺負老實人。

::The breakfast was great, while the people are nice. The commode would only flush every 30 minutes or so.... If there are two of you who need to use the toilet back to back, you are out of luck. I am not sure if they did it intentionally to save money, or it was just my commode that was broke.
