    四樓服務人員態度超差，口氣很糟，程序也講得不清不楚，想要好好來解決問題都要忍不住爆氣，真的是一顆星都嫌多

    爛！四樓換照人員是怨氣一百萬是不是，態度差就算了，換照上面並沒有說要影本，明明有台列印機，詢問是否可協助印；很冷的說：「我當然知道那裡可以印啊，不過你要去便利商店印」，心中一把怒火！外面大雷雨我懂妳想讓市民淋濕淋滿！差到極致！要不是一定要給分，連一顆都多了！！！！！！！
