  This is a very good hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is a bit disappointing.

  Good location and convenient. I am too tall for their bed & dont like the bed too soft. The breakfast choice is so little.

  It's a great experience to stay one night in the hotel. The staffs are friendly and patient. The breakfast doesn't make me disappointed.The main dish was cooked by the cook ,and you can choose other food in the buffet. An only complaint is that the gym is kinda small!

  2017/12/17-2017/12/19 外國客戶在此待了兩個晚上，以下是他的評論： Review: I love Taiwan because I have the best business partner and friend in Taipei. So, don’t get me wrong. But this hotel destroyed everything I experienced in Taiwan during the last visit by offering me as; 1) The room with 29 Celsius temperature. I asked the reception several times that my room is too hot to stay. And what they said was they were going to turn off the heater in my room. But, it didn’t work. So, I asked again. What they offered me was a small fan, A SMALL FAN. This was very very unacceptable service in this kind of highly rated hotel and somehow temperature in my room went down little to 25 Celsius. So, I could barely survive during my trip. 2) Malfunctioned Bike in the gym Next morning I went up to the gym for my daily basis workouts. What I found was that there were two bikes. One is too old and too small for me, so I decided not to use this one. The other one looked slightly better than the first one, so I sit on the bike. What made me shocking was that the bike didn’t work. I couldn’t even pedal one single cycle. This was also very very unacceptable quality of the facility in this kind of highly rated hotel. 3) HOT WATER in the gym Somehow I managed to run in the treadmill for 30 minutes. After the run, I got water from purifier in the gym but I was shocked one more time because WATER WAS HOT. I’m not going to say anything more about this issue and just think about you’re drinking HOT WATER after the workout. Finally I would never recommend this kind of hotel with awkward service and facility. NEVER. Please don’t go there. They don’t even have yogurts for breakfast. 非常非常劣質的服務，以價位來說不應該有這種體驗，非常丟台灣的臉。 極力不推薦此飯店

  門房： 戴眼鏡微胖的大哥，相當友善，還特地跑到路邊幫忙攔計程車，必須說聲感謝 櫃檯人員：大部分是親切的，對於問題，不會露出不耐煩的神情，如果笑容能再多一點就滿分了 早餐：菜色或許不多，但是麵包，飯粥或水果，一樣也沒少。也提供豆漿與牛奶。有現煎的荷包蛋，加分。領位的小姐很親切，服務也周到。 唯一美中不足的，咖啡的品質可以再提升 位置：靠近捷運大安站，步行約兩分鐘。周遭有多家便利商店以及餐廳，機能相當便利。 房間：坪數不大，但還算精緻。空調有點小異音。隔音應該是我住過的飯店中，數一數二的好。迷你吧有提供免費小餅乾，可以讓小朋友稍微貪嘴。 枕頭略髒，希望下回入住會有改進 整體而言，還是家不錯的飯店，無論商務或家庭旅遊都合適。下回前往台北，還是會列入口袋考量之中
