    櫃檯經辦人員態度惡劣散漫。上班族只能利用午休時間趕去，如果人員有清楚說明所要攜帶的物品，我們難道會故意不帶齊而讓自己白跑一趟?但是繁忙時間大家都有可能會漏事，這也可以理解，不怪當時承辦的人員，再跑一趟就是。但是今天遇到的櫃台人員，卻是一邊訕笑一邊說不可能沒講，堅持是我們自己忘了，還持續用散漫的態度表達不可能領卡，不能順利領卡已經很失望，還要被這種差勁的人服務，感覺糟透了！
