  很專業的一家咖啡烘培店，太多可以選擇，眼花撩亂，每樣都好好喝，很舒服不壅擠，想要挑豆子，來這邊就對了，那個氮氣咖啡好好喝。

  本來昨晚就要過去光顧，由於有點晚，於是改主意今早才過去，今早過去買了兩隻豆，點了ㄧ杯手沖咖啡，都很滿意～尤其手沖咖啡，比我自己沖的好喝太多了～～老闆也很熱情，很大方分享了很多的咖啡資訊，這次來台中，TheCURVE真是最大收穫～對了，結帳時，老闆額外送了1/4磅的豆，而且是很好的豆，下次有機會到台中，ㄧ定會再來喝這裡的咖啡～～～

  Pros: * Cool location, not really busy * Great spacious environment, jazz music playing in the background * Great selection of various coffees * Roast coffee on-site and sell it by the bag. * Free WiFi * Great service! Cons: * No sugar! * No cream! * No latte! * No Americano! * Limited seating, poor use of space for seating given such a spacious layout. Given how cool and well-located this cafe is on the edge of town, I'm really disappointed at their lack of essential stuff available like cream and sugar. I guess they cater to more hard-core coffee lovers who like an unadulterated taste of "straight" or "black" coffee. Too bad. Given how nice the environment is, surprised at how few seats they have here. It'll be a while until I come back. I hope they rethink the essentials that broad audience of folks want in a coffee shop.
