  價格不貴，並且設施不少，課程也算豐富，不要在尖峰時段來都很舒適。

  多數授課老師和教練都很好，設備雖嫌有點舊，但館內學員互動氣氛十分溫馨

  Save your money and go to another gym. Absolutely one of the worst run gyms in Taipei, possibly the advanced world. The place looks great, but is managed by the most clueless people in Taipei. They haven't any idea how to operate a gym properly. Basically they are only good at taking your money. They play the worst music on repeat daily, take months to fix any broken equipment, and are closed for one Monday every month to 'clean' things, because, you know, it's not like anybody wants to exercise on a Monday... And because apparently cleaning after hours when paying customers aren't present is just a crazy idea. Last year, one of their public washrooms next to the gym area didn't even have any soap in it. And when told about this problem, management still took over a week to put soap in the washroom, and only did so when a fuss was made about it after I had gone to the washroom and wanted to wash my hands. But not to worry, I was most likely the only person that week who used the washroom there, so the equipment is probably totally clean. I guess soap must be very expensive these days. Good thing nobody ever needs to go to the bathroom at a gym!... Better do extra kegel exercises if you plan on working out here. So my advice to anyone who has worked out any decent gym anywhere in the world, would probably be to save their money and go elsewhere because they will only be aggravated and annoyed at how daft the management is about running a proper gym. I've worked out all over the world at countless gyms, and am dumbfounded at how they continue to operate the way they do. The location is great tho, so too the restaurant on the 4th floor. So the place does have something going for it.
