  Very friendly staff. Rooms are big, spacious and clean. Although the staff said that the nearest MRT is Bannan Line 板南線 Shandao Temple Station 善導寺 M6 exit, M1 is closer. Even so, I had no problem walking to Taipei Main Station which is about 1.3 km away.

  Air conditioning doesn't work anywhere. Cooler with the window open. Stuffy and dark.

  Pretty good selection, they now have an app and you can get your groceries delivered if your total is over 1000 in under two hours

  Affordable and great location. However, the room I stayed for 3 nights had various annoying characters. The worst of all is that the two nighstand lamps are hardwired into the grid, without any switches. And the central supply of electricity to the room is controlled solely by inserting a card in a slot by the door (old style). The result is I had to unscrew the light bulbs of the lamps on the nightstand in order to turn them off since I had to keep my devices charged while a sleep. It just became a very annoying thing to do.
