  沒有巡場教練可以請問器材如何操作,體驗一次教練課程後沒買一對一PT就算當時在器材區面對當時的教練也視而不見!太現實

  Most beautiful gym in Taipei. This gym is renovated from a building that used to be a landmark restaurant in his area. Although the building used to look like a film set from the Aliens movie both inside and out, now it’s much more subdued on the outside, and the inside you will still find areas with features that remained for as a reminder of its historical importance (the ceilings, pinholes on the walls, and the tall glass windows, for example). Note1: As of Nov 2017, this gym provides free 2-hour car parking for eligible members, and the hourly rate for the excessive is NT$80.
