  一開始講的價錢跟實際來收的價錢差異很大 有價差正常但卻是令人難以接受的價差

  出貨時間完全不準確，臨時從早上改到下午，接著在更改的預定時間又遲到，不把顧客的時間當時間，給的理由是萬年梗:車故障，不是一個會嚴謹去對待客人事務的公司

  When we first contacted Shian Lin moving company, they were very polite, and they were very clear about what things would be included in the contract. We were glad to hear that the contract specifically stated: once it was signed, the price would not change. The movers arrived early. Before they started moving our things, they came into the apartment to talk with us about what they were going to move. They were very polite to us, and they were polite when talking to the neighbor lady, who is always very fussy about where people park their cars on the street. They talked with her and came up with an agreement about where they would park the truck. They worked quickly, but they wrapped and packed all of our things with great care. They wrapped up pieces of furniture very securely in blankets, tape, and plastic, so that there would be no chance of damage while transporting them. They packed our things very carefully in the truck. At the new house, they were able to handle the situation that our address is on a narrow lane. They moved all of our items into the rooms we had specified beforehand. We think this is a great company, and if we move within Taiwan in the future, we'll definitely hire them again.
