  Comfort: u will not find comfort stay in this hotel. The bed is super uncomfortable queen size bed. Had backache the first night i slept here. Other things like bathroom, it comes with a rain shower head which is a plus for some people Spacious: The room is big for this price. Amenities: zero amenities. No gym Breakfast: when i first see the breakfast served, i immediately turn away. Good thing is this hotel is in the centre of ximending, u can have other food options just a short distance away. Overall: if you only need a affordable room to sleep in and spending most of the time shopping etc. This hotel is a good choice due to its strategic location. If you are looking for comfy hotel at ximending, and willing to spend abit more, u can try westgate hotel instead.

  Very convenient location. Located in heart of Ximending. Counter staff is polite. Rooms are generally clean except some parts of toilet which is dusty.

  Exceptional hotel for its affordable pricing, staff are friendly and do not hesistate to offer their help/services. Services including day tours/airport transfer are affordable. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Not forgetting the convenience of the location. Would totally come back again.

  Stayed here couple of times, however, it seems like the service, cleanliness, necessities and level of quality has drastically reduced. Renovation apparently has been done yet the place still looks old. Saw with my own eyes that towels were hung and put not into a storage room but in pipings and water hose cabinet. Cups were damaged yet still being given to guests, have to physically every day go to the counter to ask them to refill basic necessities and to clean up our room. Bathtub is also damaged with chipped corners. All in all it wasn't pleasant to stay and it wasn't this bad for my past few visits and it would be my last time here.

  Very polite receptionist and the service is efficient, given that it is a 3 star hotel. The pedestrian walkway just outside the hotel will turn into a night market at night. So you won't feel hungry in the middle of the night. Very convenient!
