    櫃檯那個女的讓人在櫃檯等老半天，顧著跟人聊天也不理你，說要現場掛號就擺臭臉翻行事曆說預約都排到下下個月去了!一副很了不起的樣子...既然你不想讓人掛號那就直接講...讓人在那等你等老半天浪費時間，感覺很差!!
