    健身運動設備完善，有氧及瑜珈課程也很豐富，會員服務也做的不錯，若能有游泳池就更好了

    男廁的體重計壞啦 壞很久了 這一家最特別的鏡子跟器材大部分位置都對不起來

    器材新且完整，不論重訓有氧皆能滿足。停車容易，提供免費三小時南紡夢時代停車消磁。淋浴間寬敞乾淨，提供沐浴乳洗髮精及浴巾，面紙棉花棒品質不錯。平常日的下班時段（6～9點）人爆多，美中不足，週末假日人反而比較少
