    器材新且完整，不論重訓有氧皆能滿足。停車容易，提供免費三小時南紡夢時代停車消磁。淋浴間寬敞乾淨，提供沐浴乳洗髮精及浴巾，面紙棉花棒品質不錯。平常日的下班時段（6～9點）人爆多，美中不足，週末假日人反而比較少
