  懷疑車輛保養有問題，只租24小時，一律行駛在柏油路面上，只是經過一些積水路段，底盤竟然掉了下來，打電話回店裏詢問是否可以換車或是提供維修，竟被指責是人為疏失造成的損害，應該要我們自己找維修廠，又說今天週日保養廠都沒開，要我們繼續這樣開回去，請問如果損害範圍擴大應該由誰負責？ 後來找到一家佛心的維修廠，師父說底盤蓋的螺絲幾乎快掉光了，懷疑保養時根本沒有好好鎖回去，另有一處底盤蓋已經脫落一段時間，磨損嚴重。 車子沒有妥善保養，遇到故障問題就轉嫁給倒楣的承租人，安全性也可議，實在不敢再租第二次。

  在台東租車經驗還不錯，但與的員工溝通有困難 無法順利協調還車時間 國語講不通 口氣還很差...最後仍然講不通甚至惱羞成怒。

  I'd give 0 star if I could and strongly advise all foreigners to AVOID this crooked Chailease branch. When starting my 4-day rental on 5 May they were all smiles. Upon return on 9 May, they claimed I scratched the car while reversing, pointing at some extremely minor paint chips at the rear (which I suspect could already been there before my rental). They wanted me to pay NT2000 for "loss of business" while they send the car for a paint job at a workshop, or alternatively continue to rent for 1 more day (how that ties in with 'paint chips' is anyone's guess). That statement immediately set off alarm bells. Check out the photos I took of the Toyota Altis I rented and tell me if a paint job is needed. I stood my ground and accused then of extortioning unsuspecting renters, they tried to reduced the price to NT1000, I said no and said I was recording what they were saying which is when they finally relented and let me go, wasting 20 mins of my time. Staff that served me is Mr. Kevin Hsu, but the perpetrator is the bespectacled guy at the counter (there's only the 2 of them in yellow polo tee uniform that I saw upon pick-up and drop-off). STAY AWAY and go for EasyRent instead. I would make a police report if I could but I was rushing for my train (as these staff know very well and hence try to take advantage of foreigners like me).

  Friendly helpful staff who spoke some English.
