  是間老店，肉餡多汁，調味適中，價錢逐漸地漲，但偶而還是會來買個懷念。

  胡椒餅 = hújiāo bǐng = pepper bun! (as in peppercorn, not the veg) They have up to 4 flavors (口味 / kǒuwèi, as seen in my photo), but probably don't sell them all at one time (they only have 2 or 3 ovens): 原味猪肉 / yuánwèi zhūròu - original pork 牛肉 / niúròu - beef 咖喱牛肉 / gālí niúròu - curry beef 咖喱鸡肉 / gālí jīròu - curry chicken [Edit: I heard them say 羊肉 as well another day.] They only had the beef when I visited (listen for something like 只有牛肉 / zhǐyǒu niúròu). Not bad, but I had recently been to the popular 福州世祖胡椒餅 in the Zhongzheng District, which is bigger, juicier, with a crisper bottom and tastier overall for the same price of 50元 (although the latter only sells pork, so it's not a completely fair comparison). Fine if you're in the area and want to try this type of street food snack, but you can find other stalls around town. Tried the chicken another day and yep, still nothing particularly memorable, except the mest could've been a little more tender again.

  知名老店，有原味豬肉，牛肉，咖哩羊肉，咖哩雞肉4種口味。除原味豬肉一個40元，其他口味一個45元。
