Kind of hole-in-the-wall stall with minimal seating. Tried the 炸酱凉面 / zhá jiàng liáng miàn / fried sauce cold noodles for 40元 - the plate served to me is a far far cry from the photo out front on their sign. :/ The sign also says that the noodles are supposed to be 手工 / shǒugōng / handmade. It's served super fast, as the noodles and ingredients are already sitting around. Flavor was ok, but I wish it had much more of the toppings as depicted. Other dishes shown on the orange bit of their sign are: 韓式泡菜凉面 / hánshì pàocài liáng miàn / lit. Korean-style pickled vegetable noodles, i.e. kimchee noodles 麻酱凉面 / májiàng liáng miàn - sesame sauce cold noodles 综合凉面 / zònghé liáng miàn - some kind of mixed noodles and the ever present 臭豆腐 / chòu dòufu / stinky tofu! They also proudly highlight their 米粉汤 (rice noodle soup) and 味噌汤 (miso soup) in their lit part of the sign, besides their cold noodles and stinky tofu. There's a dumpling stall right next to this if you came with friends but aren't digging the dishes here.

The combination cold noodle (a bit of sesame sauce and meat sauce) is pretty good. The noodle is nice and chewy but not quite vinegary enough for my taste. The stinky tofu is reasonably price, you get three pieces of decently sized tofu cut up with some julienned cucumbers and pickled cabbage. Slight points off for it not being stinky enough. Which is a common refrain of most stinky tofu places these days.

I have been a loyal customer in the small shop. I would say they have the best fried stinky tofu and cold noodles in Taipei.
