  環境佳、餐飲好吃 莊嚴卻不嚴肅 適合跟同事或是帶父母親來用餐 除了上菜速度有點慢 其他都還不錯

  It's really disappointed, especially the service is really bad. I have never encountered such rude behavior. We had a shabu shabu on that night without any service. When we asked for help to turn off the stove, the supervisor told us why don't you turn it off by yourself. The question is that I even don't know where is the bottom. Do you tell me where is it in the beginning? I can't believe it is happened to a international chain hotel.

  Really so so. Food is as normal as any regular Japanese restaurants and service is so so too. Not impressed when it is located Ina 5 star hotel!
