::It's really disappointed, especially the service is really bad. I have never encountered such rude behavior. We had a shabu shabu on that night without any service. When we asked for help to turn off the stove, the supervisor told us why don't you turn it off by yourself. The question is that I even don't know where is the bottom. Do you tell me where is it in the beginning? I can't believe it is happened to a international chain hotel.

::Really so so. Food is as normal as any regular Japanese restaurants and service is so so too. Not impressed when it is located Ina 5 star hotel!
