  Gone all day long, came back late and the room wasn't made up. I was told the reason could be "maybe I left Do Not Disturb" sign on. WTF! Give me something believable next time. Another reason I was given is "high occupancy" my room was still on queue for cleaning. Again, WTF! I came back late and tired, you expect me to wait for your housekeeping until what, midnight!?! I checked-out the next day and stayed at Ambassador for the next 7 days. This hotel is overrated. A lot more bang for your bucks from nearby hotels. - Lo

  Very good hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Service is always very friendly. There is a nice gym, swimming pool and a lounge. Breakfast is very rich and also of high quality. There is a very good bakery just inside the hotel on the lower floor. The only downside is the location - it is not in the center but can be easily reached by a free shuttle.

  Everything is great include staffs and room quality. But, my point is 4.5. Because breakfast menu is exactly same last one month. I would like to suggest to develop the menu of breakfast.

  I come to the Sheraton hotel with my family for new years the last two years. it is a very comfortable hotel with great staff. Receptionist can speak English and are really helpful. Sheraton has a lot of amenities such as swimming pool and play area for kids. My daughter had a lot of fun here. Only issue is it's super popular so the area is typically overcrowded. Overall, the Sheraton is a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

  We stopped for lunch at Yue restaurant in the Sheraton Hotel. Outside of the beautiful presentation, the food was excellent and flavor was spot on. 👌 The half roasted duck was damn delicious, the dumplings had depth and richness, the pork buns were perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you feel like having a beer, ask for the local ones. Highly recommend.🙌
