  I've been staying in this hotel every time I travel to Hsinchu Taiwan. The service is great, and the room is clean all the time. It's close to a lot of things, such as the hottest mall in town (imoo) - Big City. It's less than 10mins walk, and there are a lot of nice eatery around the hotel, all within walking distance. The weather was kind of chilling when we visited and the hotel aircon don't blow out enough heat, so we asked for a heater, it was delivered promptly, the room we stayed, the fridge was broken, we informed the frontdesk before we head out in the morning, when we came back in the afternoon, I think we got a new bar fridge. Amazing services!! It is everything I can expect for from a 5 stars hotel.

  The Hotel is very Old, needs an upgrade. The bed has old mattresses, not comfortable at all. GYM has very old equipment. Also the customer service is pathetic, typical Chinese mentality. Not worth the money at all. I had stayed at Sheraton before and had the best experience. Will never come back to this place. I think they pay to get good reviews, at least they could have good customer service, rude culture

  The front desk located at 12F. The porter is outsourcing. The breakfast was fantastic! But, something I dislike is they give us rooms on 13th Floor. Actually, they have other available rooms on other floor.

  Nice hotel with good room and service. Recommended to spend some time in the bar "The Bar" where provide live piano show and band.

  Not that expensive but got great service as well as facilities. Swimming pool is warm, sauna is great. Breakfast buffet was worth it, they have plenty of different food offered.
