  非常爛，自助餐超難吃，樓上上海菜關門了也不說，我爺爺奶奶訂了位，坐了一個多小時的車來沒得吃。

  飯店服務人員親切，床很好睡，CP值很高~美中不足是床頭沒有插頭設計……太可惜了！

  松江南京駅から徒歩7〜8分で着きました。 スタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。静かで落ち着いたホテルです。 お部屋はバスタブ、シャワールーム、ウォシュレット小さなバルコニーがありました。 喫煙される方はこのバルコニーでOK。 わざわざホテルの外に出て行かなくていいので点数高いですよね。 中山駅から徒歩でホテルに帰って来ましたが遠くて次はタクシーに乗りました。5分ぐらいで着きます。朝食も美味しかったです。リピ決定です‼︎

  TO the general manager of the hotel, I will like to raise a serious problem about your hotel and will like to get your official response before we report this to the media publicly. Since last year december, we had visited your hotel 3 times to check on using the rooftop for our wedding banquet. We are served by a lady called Miss Tu, who is suppose to be in-charge. On our first visit, we had requested for photos on the dishes for reference. She said she will email us but till date, we did not receive the email. We also confirmed that the rooftop room is available for the lunch event. Thats why we visited the place during the afternoon. In the meeting, she told us that the night time is taken and there is available slot in the lunch time. And we will the first too. After waiting no email, we called her as well. Again she reassure us she is waiting for new photos. Surprisely, we decided to try the hotel food one night. As we spoke to the restaurant staffs, they will actually able to show us photo of the banquet! Despite that, as my fiancée like the rooftop, we arranged another meeting in late december with Miss Tu to finalised the detail. During the meeting, she again reassure us that the slot is available and will bring our requests to the management meeting for confirmation. After waiting for 2 weeks, still no email response from her. So last week, we called her again and she told us that the lunch slot was taken and she said all the while, she has been trying to arrange the dinner timing for us. for the 3rd-time, she said she will send us the confirmation via email. As of today, we did not receive any email from here before. Frankly, we are very disappointed that a 5-star hotel can give us this type of service. We think the public deserve to know about this and will like to know why are we treated in this manner. We will like to request that you explain to us the situation and hope something can be done about this.
