We had ordered 2 rice noodles. The noodles are over-cooked (too soft), and the soup is fairly dull in taste. I had lived in China for a while and enjoyed their rice noodle from yuan nan... it doesn't taste the same... I am disappointed but I really hope you guys can make it better in the future! Follow the authentic way to make these rice noodles!

I am a little surprised to see cuisine from Yunnan province serving the greater Kao Hsiung metropolitan area. This 600 year old recipe outlives any local recipes you can find on the island of Taiwan by twice the margin. Crossing Bridge noodle soup is the English name got translated directly from Chinese. A very unique eating experience for people who never had one before. The restaurant is very neat and clean. Classic decoration and comfortable settings. Easy access by metro systems. The food taste is bit lighter than what I had for the same dish served in Los Angeles area. Not totally surprised for the adjustment to fit southern Taiwanese's taste, my guess. The restaurant is named under very common Tibetan name. Maybe the owner is a Tibetan descendant.
