  Location quite convenient to access but the cleanliness need to be improve and also the stuff attitude there was rude.

  On 6 April 2019, worst hotel service for first time arrival alishan. Staff lack of service training with rude & poor attitude. Refuse to handle and turn on or increase room temperature cold issues. Unfortunately room also did not have heat pad controller attached on bed mattress. Worst of all, no bath towels. Even with reason like peak holiday season, there no reason to compromise service standards. PS:should avoid above hotel at all cost..

  Its located in alishan nationnal park. 5 min walk to alishan tram. Small room and bathroom but feel comfortable. Front counter are friendly and good for some information. Have time for hot water. Have heater TV dryer.

  It's worst 3stars hotel I ever meet price 86.90USD per night booking by Agoda. Too old room, dirty floor, horrible smell and not secondhand towels but it's thousandhand towels. after check-out 11am this hotel will no have toilet for use. They will let u go out to the public WC.

  Basic but at least got heated room and water. The room is super compact. Forgot about the buffet bfast , it's horrible..better to eat at the seven eleven mart
