  3rd floor has excellent vibes although smoking is allowed, the air flow is really good so it is not too big of a problem. The ice mocha that i ordered is a little too bitter for my taste but it's decent. The homemade cookies are okay. Would visit again at the night time just for the good vibe and neon sign

  The service was friendly and quick. The "hot" latte was lukewarm at best and the free wifi did not work at all. The waffles were fluffy and tasty. I do recommend the waffles.
