  假日時段店內非常髒亂，桌面有垃圾，窗台邊有垃圾，地上有垃圾，回收台疊到垃圾沒地方放，不知道是外帶客人真的多到店員沒時間整理嗎？因為店內其實大概六成滿而已…… 週日晚間七點

  無法想像這是間星巴克… 整個用餐空間霉味都很重，牆壁都發霉了… 也不設法改善，用餐期間應該吸了不少黴菌孢子…@@ 廁所也很恐怖，整間廁所都是濃厚的尿騷味，很噁… 不會想再次造訪…

  星巴克士捷門市位於MRT士林站旁，因位置適中，因此生意好。但該門市只占一個店面，較狹窄，因此一樓只能作點餐櫃台及商品擺放，二樓才是用餐處，因是舊建築，故樓梯設置較陡，不利於老年人或膝蓋不便者使用。服務人員很親切，對顧客服務周到。二樓的廁所也很窄，使用上較不方便。

  一樓走道非常擁擠，客人要錯身會很麻煩 走在要上二樓的樓梯，走到樓梯一半就有廁所芳香劑的味道，感覺不好 位置很少

  Latte was bland but the milk tasted fresh. Which is good, since the drink was more a coffee flavored milk. Coffee grounds were not packed into the brewing device well enough, I assume. Seemed to take an awful long time to get the drink… someone at the counter was in training, as usual.
