  Very nice food with the recommendation of the locals. However due to only 2 people, we only managed to have the chicken and bamboo shoots and the free bee hoon soup. The locals shared with us squid and long beans which was equally fantastic! Comparing to another restaurant we had selling similar food, this definitely won with four limbs up straight! No wonder the highest number of reviews with decent stars. A must try on YMS!

  We went there on a public holiday, the queue was very long but moved very quickly, we probably waited for about 30 minutes for a shared table (You need to register your name when you arrive, and provide your preference to share a table or not). Chicken is the most popular dish, everyone orders the chicken dish (白斬雞）by default. We had the chicken dish, sweet and sour fish and a mountain veggie dish. It's more than enough for the two of us, but next time we probably will stick with one chicken and two veggie dishes as the veggie dishes are really very delicious, veggies is this restaurat's speciality, highly recommended!! It's a very traditional Taiwanese restaurant, the environment seems a bit messy, but everything works in its own rhythm and order, food is delicious, it's definitely worth the wait!

  My family hates crowds but we always have to come up here for their chicken when we are crazing for it.....we only get disappointment when the chickens are sold out!!!! (Super disappointing) Their other dishes are okay. I love their sweet potatoes soup :) You get for free refills of the soup too :) The staff are very kind and friendly which is a plus. Car park has very limited slots.

  A must visit if you're up in the mountains. The best food and affordable price. You have to order their chicken. And you can't go wrong with any of their vegetables. They grow their own and you can really taste the difference! And the auntie's working there are all very nice.

  The signature chicken is outstanding. The fish and the pork intestine were delicious too. It is worth the time to arrive up here. Expect a very local crowd and NOT a fancy environment.
